Injury News : Solskjaer’s Diogo Dalot Injury Woe

Ole Gunnar Solskjaer has confirmed Portuguese under-20 international Diogo Dalot will be set for time on the sidelines. The 20-year-old is yet to feature this season for Manchester United. Many fans have theorised that Dalot’s absence has been due to the arrival of Aaron Wan Bissaka who arrived from Saturday’s opponents Crystal Palace for £50 million in the summer and Solskjaer’s desire to maintain experience on the bench in the form of Ashley Young.

However, in his interview with the club website he said : “Diogo is injured, he’ll be out for a little while, hopefully he’ll be back for [the games] after the international break. ‘He’s had a problem for a couple of weeks. But that’s it.”

Ole also confirmed “its more or less the same” squad taking on Crystal Palace tomorrow with Eric Bailly and Fosu-Mensah still side lined.
