Harry Maguire has allegedly been arrested on the Greek island of Mykonos for attacking police after a fight outside a bar.
Maguire signed for United from Leicester for a record £80 million last summer and has since become United’s skipper.
The Englishman, 27, is on holiday in Greece.
Reports in the early hours of the morning confirmed that Maguire had been in an incident with the police.
Manchester United have released a statement this morning saying that ‘”The club is aware of an alleged incident involving Harry Maguire in Mykonos last night, Contact has been made with Harry, and he is fully co-operating with the Greek authorities. At this time, we will be making no further comment.”
