Manchester United ticket prices increase 40% after their win against Liverpool FC

Ticket comparison experts have noticed a huge spike in interest for Manchester United tickets for their upcoming home games in the Premier League.

Analysts have compared the lowest-priced tickets for the next 5 Manchester United home games from both before the Liverpool FC game and afterwards; the results were higher than expected.

In regards to the results, Peter Williams from SafeTicketCompare added:

“Manchester United have one of the biggest fan bases in world football, after the impressive win against rivals Liverpool on Monday, demand for home tickets has increased dramatically. Ticket prices for the next few games have increased on average by 40%. For fans looking for the cheaper tickets, we always recommend contacting the ticket office first.”

Manchester United travel to Southampton on Saturday lunchtime before playing away to Leicester next Thursday, when the summer transfer window will come to a close. Depending on the results over the next few games, ticket prices for all games could increase to levels not seen in many seasons. Before the game five-time Champions League winner Casemiro was unveiled at Old Trafford giving fans a much-needed boost.

Methodology: analysed prices for the next five Premier League home games for Manchester United to discover the price differences since the win against Liverpool FC.

Analysts at STC used ticket pricing data from their API to discover prices before the Manchester United v Liverpool FC match and compared it against live pricing for the next 5 games.

Once the prices were compared, the results were made available for public use.
