Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s side find themselves in a rich vein of form. Going into this weekend behind Saturday’s opponent’s Leicester and Liverpool in third, having picked up 16 of a possible 18 in their last 6. The Reds’ form is the best record of any team in the Premier League in their last six.

United are travelling to the King Power, this weekend with confidence high after two late goals saw them beat Everton to reach the Carabao Cup semifinal. Solskjaer made nine changes to the side that featured against Leeds United last weekend when setting up against the toffees. Performances from Axel Tuanzebe, Eric Bailly along with a sensational Edinson Cavani strike will be enough to leave the Norwegian scratching his head when it comes to selecting an eleven to take on Leicester.

Star of the Leeds United game Scott McTominay and Aaron Wan-Bissaka were sidelined for Wednesday’s League cup tie and are doubts for the trip to Leicester.

Sitting pretty at second in the league, Leicester City look set for another impressive season. The Foxes have taken maximum points in four of their last five games in all competitions.

Last time out, Leicester pulled off a remarkable away win against Tottenham Hotspur, putting two past the Lily Whites at Spurs’ ground. At home though, things are far from sunflowers and roses for Leicester as they’ve lost four of their last seven at the King Power.

Both Caglar Soyuncu and Ricardo Pereira remain sidlined for Leicester.
