“This Guy Is Ridiculous”: Mctominay Names French Teammate As One Of His Idols Growing Up
Scott Mctominay has named Paul Pogba as one of his midfield idols growing up.
In an interview with Pro:Direct Soccer the Scottish midfielder revealed that his now teammate Paul Pogba was somebody he used to watch closely during the Frenchman’s stint at Juventus. The 23-year-old said:

Mctominay even came to the defence of the World Cup winner: “Obviously he can have a bad game, everyone can have a bad game, but because it’s Paul Pogba, it’s magnified to a different level.
“Whenever he plays well, he’s up there with the very best. Top class”
